Quality Assurance Process

At Master Poultry Group, our top priority is hygiene. We have put in place multiple strict measures to ensure only the very best products are being given to our customers. 

Regular Temperature Check

Random check of all products is done regularly by trained QC staffs every hour.

24/7 Refrigerated Facility

We use advance temperature control units together with physical temperature checking to ensure products are always well below danger temperature zone.

Metal Detector

All finished products must travel through our metal detector machine which automatically rejects even the smallest piece of metal.

Swab Test

Swab tests are regularly done to measure and control the level of bacteria found throughout our facility.

Hygiene Standard

Workers are strictly required to wash their hands and wear fresh uniform, gloves, mask and hairnet before entering our processing plant.

Thermal Detector

Due to COVID-19, all staff must sanitize hands and have temperature checked before starting their shift.
